Caitlin's doing a lot better, everyone. When I saw her this evening she was attempting to eat a piece of cheese pizza and she was cracking jokes left and right. Everyone agrees that she looks 10 times better than she did even yesterday but certainly a few days ago. I brought her her laptop today, which she is keeping in her room. She is very pleased with all the comments being posted on this blog so keep them coming!
She still has no kidney function but she's off dialysis and we're hoping that those suckers will start up any day now.

Father God, You alone are the great physician. Thank you for all the medical caregivers that surround Caitlin. Thank you for the healing she's experienced in the last couple days. Please, I ask in the name of Jesus, will you heal her kidneys? Cause them to begin to function fully, to cleans her body of those toxins. Will you keep her from having to go back on dialysis? I'm asking that You make her kidneys fully functional. Give her comfort and strength and hope.

Just wanted you to know that Uncle Dan and I, also, had cheese pizza knowing that there was a celebration in your honor last night. We even toasted to you and said an Irish prayer with a Guiness in hand!!!
I second that prayer from Denise C...what a beautiful prayer, (especially about kidneys)!!!
