Just got done visiting with Caitlin and it was very encouraging. The diagnosis hasn't changed--she still needs her kidneys restarted and she's still on dialysis--but her spirits have improved tremendously, thanks in large part to the massive display of support from her family and friends. And strangers, can't forget the people she's never even met. She's overwhelmed by the number of people around the world who are thinking about her. In fact, she specifically asked me to let it be known that she has a priest in Ireland praying for her (and around St. Patrick's Day moreover!).
New medical stuff--the doctors are taking her off Zygris tomorrow at 7 pm, which is awesome news.
I'll try to post a picture I took of her if I can figure out how to do it.
Aha! Here we go:

Hey Caitlin,
My name is Molly Fay and I went to Fairview Middle School with you and also a small portion of our freshmen year at Fairview High School. We were pretty great friends and you always knew how to put a smile on anyone's face. As you know I've moved to North Carolina and I've lived here for almost 4 years. I just found out about this a minute ago and I am praying so much for you. There is nothing I want more than for you to get well. I wish we would have kept in touch but I hope you know I love you dearly and you are forever in my prayers. The world is a better place because of people like you. I have 100% faith that in due time you will get better and be back to your normal self. I love you so much!

Hi! My name is Robyn and my mom and I have been missionaries in Poland for about six months now. Your Aunt Denise sent us an email telling what was up and asking us to pray for you. I've read all the blogs and all the nice and funny comments everyone has left you. Thats cool about the Irish priest guy, and I mean WHAT TIMING TOO?? So close to st. Pattis day!!! Rock on! We are praying for your complete recovery, and I'm sure that by the time this message gets to you you will have improved so much and there will be a new blog rejoicing about it! Yep, I'm that confident. As it is 3:00amish your time, I hope this message finds you well rested and feeling much much better! So from us a big Polish "Wszystkego Najlepsego, i Nikt sie Bogbłogosławi" "All the best, may God bless you." Amen.
Hi Caitlin,
I know you don't know me, but I work with your Aunt Sue at Bauerwood, who is amazing, and she has kept me updated all the time on how you are doing. I just wanted to let you know that I have been praying for you like crazy. I am rejoicing with you and your family that you were moved out of intensive care. God answered our prayers! Fix your eyes on Jesus and you will get through this!
